You pay a share of what you raise.

A $30,000 food pantry and a $30,000,000 agency do not have the same budget, so they do not pay the same price. Every organization gets every module either way — we do not hold features back to make you upgrade, and we never sell security as an extra.

ArcAngel CRM is in closed alpha. There is no online sign-up: we set up each organization ourselves, alongside the people who will use it. Any fee is agreed with you first and invoiced. This site never asks for a card number.

What would we pay?

An estimate, before any discount, and nothing here is submitted anywhere — the slider only moves a highlight down the table below. You confirm your own figure when we set up your organization.

Every band includes every module, every security feature, and unlimited client records. Band 1 is shown at its list price with the 60% mission discount applied.

Being straight with you about the price

Why revenue, and not per user

Non-profits run on volunteers, part-timers and people who cover three roles. Charging per seat makes organizations share logins, which destroys the audit trail that protects the families in the system. So we charge on the one number that actually tracks what an organization can afford.

Every band gets everything

There is no tier where encryption, multi-factor authentication, the audit log, backups or the resident portal are withheld. A $10-a-month organization holds records about children, exactly like a $2,000-a-month one, and gets the same protection for them. Unlimited client records at every band, too — we will never give you a reason not to record someone you serve.

Why the first two bands cost the same, and why band 1 does not pay it

$25 a month is the floor price of the product — nothing lists below it, so bands 1 and 2 share a list price. Band 1 then carries a standing 60% mission discount, which is why an organization under $50,000 a year pays $10. It is on the page rather than buried in an invoice because we would rather you could see what you are being given, and ask us about it.

That discount does not cover a share of our servers, our backups or our time. The larger organizations carry those costs, and we would rather a small non-profit run on this than keep client records in a spreadsheet. We are telling you because you will work it out anyway, and because it is a thing we intend rather than a thing we have not noticed.

What we check, and what we do not

You tell us your total annual revenue — Form 990, Part VIII, line 12, the same figure you already file. We look that figure up in the public IRS data when we set up your organization and show it to you, so you can use it or correct it. We do not audit you, we do not ask for your books, and no one at ArcAngel goes through your filings. If the published number and the one you give us are far apart, we ask — once, plainly — and the answer is usually a capital campaign, a lost grant, or data that is two years stale. Your access to your records is never affected by a billing question.

If your public figure turns out to be lower than what you told us, we will say so and move you down a band. That is not a courtesy we expect to extend often, but it is one we would want extended to us.

Crossing a line

Your band is set when we set up your organization and reviewed at renewal — never in the middle of a year, and never without telling you first. If you land within 10% of the bottom of a new band, you hold the lower one for your first year in it.

If money gets tight

Ask. Discounts exist and we would rather give one than lose you, especially mid-grant-cycle. And if an invoice goes unpaid, the system becomes read-only — you can always read and export your own records. A non-profit's client records are not leverage, and we will not use them as such.

Figures are in US dollars and are indicative while ArcAngel CRM is in closed alpha. Storage covers uploaded documents; client records are unlimited at every band. Pass-through services we buy from someone else — text messages, e-signature — are billed separately and shown to you before they renew.
